This past week has been all about organization and prep. The Christmas frenzy has mostly ended, and I jumped at the chance to settle my workspace before the new year arrives. I was definitely feeling the need to get going with creating new work, but the state of my studio space was drivingmenuts! I recently purchased a new printer and it's thrown my whole space out of whack and exposed all the clutter and disorder.
So I did my research and after a couple of trips to various craft and stationery stores (which you know, is my favouritest thing to do), I'm pretty much done! And it feels sooo good. It's amazing how decluttering your space can actually also declutter your mind. The act of going through everything, sorting, purging has been rejuvenating, and it feels like the appropriate time to do it, right before the new year.
I've still got to get my 2016 planner ready to go with the events of next year (there's so much happening!!). Ah the feeling of starting a new book- there's nothing like it. Fresh pages, with so much possibility. I also love looking through my (superwornout) planner from this past year- so many memories made, milestones reached, dinners had. It's been a good one.
As this year is coming to a close, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each person that has used my services, purchased a product, read my blog, or given me advice and a helping hand! It's been a crazy, wonderful year...filled with ups and downs, and you guys have been a huge reason for all the ups! Wishing you a wonderful holiday season, and looking forward to many adventures in 2016!
Merry Christmas! xo Pri
